How to use your £10 Best friend voucher (Current Members):

First of all please e-mail to notify that you want to use your voucher. In the e-mail include your best friend's membership number, your name and the bear(s) you would like to purchase.

Then send your Voucher to

Then make a full payment of the bear(s) you would like, on our site using Paypal, Sagepay or Google Checkout. And once we have received the voucher we will refund £10.00 back into your account.
